Established in 1958, B&F is a plastic extrusion company specializing in the production of custom plastic profiles that will complement third-party products for the manufacture of goods suitable for the household and industrial sectors.
The extrusion of thermoplastic materials such as PVC and Polyethylene allows us to produce flexible, rigid and co-extruded plastic profiles, the latter obtained with the combination of compatible materials (Find out more about Plastics Coextrusion).
Our product line is mainly based on the production of handles for Long Handle Dustpans, Dustpan and Broom with bracket, Small Handle Brooms, handles and rubber blades for Window Cleaner & Squeegee, and rubber lips for Brush and Dustpan sets and Long Handle Dustpans. Through injection moulding we also produce the stoppers for the handles and we assemble those provided by our customers. Plastic handles can also be provided with threading at the end to be inserted in the dustpan or broom for those that require a tighter assembly for their product.
Plastic extrusion has allowed us to expand our commercial area worldwide and through analysis, experimentation and investment in new technologies, we are today able to provide high-quality products at competitive prices.
Several extrusion lines and a high level of automation of our production processes allow us to obtain plastic profiles and special artefacts based upon our designs and/or customers' requests with significant savings for our clientele.
